Ooops, did somebody mention my name? As I understand, at the Kapitbahayan Cooperative meeting at Merrylands last Sunday, 17 April 2011, I was informed that Cen Amores frantically informed the tenants in attendance not to leak any information discussed at the meeting to the media as it might reach Benjie de Ubago. Oh my, that’s me!
As these people are camera buffs and media huggers, it is odd that this time, they would shun the media. So the question now is – why not? If people were not to tell the media, hmmm, then there must be a secret. Was there something discussed that should not be revealed? If it was of community interest, (why) shouldn’t it be?
Is it because Common Equity NSW is taking over management of the (Kapitbahayan) tenants or is it because they are being required to hand over $40,000 to Common Equity?
Some of the tenants are refusing to talk for fear of jeopardizing the roofs over their heads; some had absolutely no clue as to what was going on; and some were not even sure to whom they were going to be answerable?
One source however did reveal that there was an issue with money. It was surplus funds that had to be handed over to Common Equity. The source also said that it could not be handed over yet as it was tied up in investment. What investment? However, other tenants were not aware of any investments made in the name of the Cooperative.
When questioned, Common Equity Management replied that it was up to Kapitbahayan to respond and explain. However, from experience, we know that that is not likely to happen as Mr. Amores would refuse a proper interview request or would go on denial, denial.
But time is ticking and we shall soon find out. All in good time.
That is the appropriate weblog for anybody who desires to find out about this topic. You understand so much its nearly laborious to argue with you (not that I actually would want…HaHa). You definitely put a brand new spin on a topic thats been written about for years. Great stuff, simply nice!
