Juan Manuel Marquez has a bizarre concoction and an equally outlandish training method that he believes could hold the key to his success against Manny Pacquiao on Nov. 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Marquez revealed in a soon-to-be-released episode of the highly-acclaimed 24/7 series produced by HBO about a routine that follows after he does his morning roadwork. “After running, I rest and for breakfast I have quail eggs. I mix 25 quail eggs with orange juice,” said the 38-year-old Marquez. “After training I get into a tank. I breath pure oxygen through a mask while inside.”
