More Filipino store owners have reported in the past that some individuals have been taking multiple copies of Philippine Tribune from the shelves with obvious intention of destroying them.
This was again reported by no less than three shops where copies of the Philippine Tribune are on display.
In view of this, Philippine Tribune will henceforth be sold for $1.00 per copy starting the month of February to prevent some people from destroying copies and prevent other legitimate readers from obtaining their free copy.
We know who these people are. Some of them can be seen jogging around Lake Woodcroft.
Philippine Tribune will continue publishing controversial issues and will remain the most-sought-after Filipino Newspaper in Australia.
